Terms and Conditions

1. Non-Refundable: Once the treatment amount is paid, it is non-refundable.
2. Treatment Schedule: Treatments are available at our centers during specified timings. We offer multiple locations for your convenience.
3. Attendance: Treatment sessions are counted based on attendance. If you miss a session without prior notice, it will not be rescheduled or refunded.
4. Adherence to Rules: Clients must follow all Kalpataru rules and regulations.
5. Health Conditions: Treatment plans are tailored according to individual health conditions. For chronic conditions, special care will be taken.
6. Home Visits: Home visits are available with extra charges, subject to availability and scheduling.
7. Advance Payment: Payment is required in advance, and clients must join at least 2 days prior to starting treatment.
8. Compliance: Clients must follow the doctor's instructions, including:
• Medication schedule
• Diet chart
• Exercise routine
• Time table
9. Attendance Requirements: Clients must attend treatment sessions on time. For exercise sessions, arrive 30 minutes prior. For other treatments, arrive 10 minutes prior.
10. Rescheduling: Inform us at least one day in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a session.
11. Health Conditions: Inform us about any health issues, such as fever, cold, weakness, or high BP, which may affect treatment.
